Maurice Lichtenberg (Munich, Germany) builds communities and technology to make longevity accessible for the masses — not just the privileged few. He founded Longevity Germany, Longevity USA, and Longevity China — together the largest German-speaking longevity community with 2000+ members across three continents (founded October 2024). He organizes regular longevity meetups and health optimization events in Munich, connecting researchers, biohackers, health professionals, and everyday people who want to live longer, healthier lives. He also leads Don't Die Munich, a health community inspired by Bryan Johnson's Blueprint longevity movement. He is co-founding a stealth health tech startup focused on making prevention less boring and more accessible. He also co-founded UmweltKumpel, an EdTech startup teaching kids sustainability through play (1000+ kids reached). As a full-stack developer and product manager, Maurice has built technology at BMW, CHECK24, BayWa r.e., and ProSiebenSat.1. He studied at the Technical University of Munich (TUM). It's about bringing a few proven basics into the life you already love. This is a marathon, not a sprint — and you should actually enjoy running it. - **The basics come first.** Move a little, drink less or not at all, eat more consciously, take one solid supplement — done. That alone accounts for 80–90% of the effect. - **Science is fascinating — and deserves more attention.** Longevity research is far more interesting than any reality TV show. Give scientists and their breakthroughs more attention than someone showing their granola bowl on Instagram. - **Want to get nerdy? Go for it.** Hypoxic training, red light therapy, tracking your bloodwork — it's fun and it gets you those last few percent. But it's the bonus round, not the requirement. - **The real point goes beyond optimization.** Longevity doesn't mean squeezing out as many years as possible. It means spending the years we have with the people who matter to us — and having enough energy to truly enjoy them. ## Longevity Community - [Longevity Germany](https://longevity-germany.com): Germany's largest longevity community — 2000+ members, regular meetups in Munich, connecting people interested in healthspan, anti-aging science, biohacking, and preventive medicine - [Don't Die Munich / Blueprint](https://longevity-germany.com): Munich-based health and longevity events community inspired by Bryan Johnson's longevity movement ## Projects - [UmweltKumpel](https://umweltkumpel.com): EdTech startup teaching kids recycling through play, 1000+ kids reached - [LaTeX Preview](https://latexpreview.com): Free browser tool for writing math equations, 4.8/5 rating with 150+ reviews ## Writing - [Medium Blog](https://medium.com/@lichtenberg.maurice): Articles on longevity, health tech, prevention, and software development ## Contact - [Book a Call](https://cal.com/lichtenberg): Schedule a conversation about longevity, health tech, or community building - [LinkedIn](https://linkedin.com/in/berg): Professional profile ## Optional - [Portfolio](https://mauricelichtenberg.com): Full interactive portfolio with work history, projects, skills, and values - [Full Content](https://mauricelichtenberg.com/llms-full.txt): Complete site content for extended context - [Privacy Policy](https://mauricelichtenberg.com/datenschutzerklaerung): Datenschutzerklaerung (German)
